Wednesday Evenings, February 3 - March 10
This is the second of two courses exploring intimacy among Single Adults. Participants will learn how to view the experiences and relations of their past in a healthy manner enabling them to know others in a God-honoring, intimate way. A dynamic mix of presentations, small group discussions and experiential exercises help participants not only hear, but experience biblical principles about intimacy and embrace them as disciplines for life. Completion of Part I of the course is required to enroll in this class.

What we will experience...
Gain fresh perspective on your God Given needs for relational intimacy with Him and others
Discover how to increase your ability to relate to others by learning about the three obstacles that hinder relational connection
Develop skills for responding to your friends, family and love relationships that meet their needs for comfort- responding to emotion- learning to communicate heart-to-heart
Effectively and with grace, resolve hurts and conflicts in current friendships
Experience truth in love as we identify our thought and behavior patterns
Explore faith that expresses itself in love- "Perfect Love"
Define a vision for "Great Commandment Love" in your life
Class Format:
Class time will be used to watch a DVD and engage in group discussion
Each week, homework will be assigned and discussed at the beginning of each class
Additional Bible passages and reading will be assigned to help with understanding of the topics covered
Each participant will partner with one to two others for weekly discussions
Cost:
$25 per person ($35 if you need to purchase another book)
